We love getting customer feedback – emails, phone calls, comments – positive and negative! But sometimes we receive customer contact that is so special, and so entertaining, that we all have to stop what we’re doing and pay attention.
Today, that something special happened. Today, we received a voicemail that went something like this:
(heavy breathing)
(silence)
(more heavy breathing)
(silence)
and then:
(beatboxing)
(high-pitched vocal stylings)
(beatboxing)
(hanging up)
To the customer who left this voicemail: you made our day!

The heavy breathing one kind of reminds me of the Uncle Ernie in that “Tommy” movie. Yeah that would make my day too if someone left me a voice mail like that.
