Style Inspiration

Hi, Everyone! This post is all about embracing and expressing your personal style. Here’s some inspiration:

1. Someone who truly rocks her own style is Leslie Hall. For those of you who already know Leslie and her fabulous fashion obsession, this 3 O’Clock Slump will remind you how amazing she truly is. If you are not yet acquainted with her, cast your eyes on her Gem Sweater Collection. Gem sweaters found their greatest popularity in the 80′s, but Leslie has dedicated her life to ensuring their legacy continues.

2. We here at ModCloth love to help you find your own unique look. Sometimes, however, it’s difficult to stand out in the crowd! Exactitudes is a series of portraits that when displayed together, showcase shockingly similar fashion choices between strangers all over the world.  The models run the gambit from preppies to punks who look surprisingly alike. The overall effect is eerie, fascinating, and cool.

3. Who says you have to stop being stylish as we age? Forget the mu-mu’s and foam curlers, these grannies know their fashion. Advanced Style is proof that we can be our  stylish selves long into our golden years.

4. And, just for fun, here’s a dachshund named Archie doing laps in a wading pool.  Enjoy!

All the models on this page look like they hate what they’re wearing . . . especially the girls wearing the sweaters . . .
