This week, ModCloth stylist extraordinaire, Vasil, presents his first installment of “Get That Look”! In this series, Vasil will show us how to create our own variation of celebrity fashion using ModCloth products. For our first installment, he transforms our image specialist, Marne, into her fashion icons: The Olsen Twins!
Keep reading to see more of Marne’s new look.
You may remember Marne from her Style Icon Post on the Olsen twins back in December. Marne adores Mary Kate and Ashley’s effortless street style, so Vasil wanted to show her some easy ways to achieve that look. He suggests mixing patterns and pairing oversized tops with fitted pants, tights or leggings.
“But remember,” Vasil says, “be inspired by celebrities; don’t copy them. It’s important to bring your own sense of style to each outfit.”

Do you have a celebrity or style icon that you’d like to see on the next installment of Vasil’s “Get the Look”? Tell us by leaving a comment (or even better: link to a celebrity style pic)!

I second Ann, would love to see some Zooey looks. Also Keira Knightley, quite like how she can balance masculine and feminine looks.

Jane Birkin. :) Hey, you didn’t say they needed to be current.

weird… marne looks cute and the clothes she wears look a lot like the originals, but somehow they seem very ordinary on her. nice post though!
I suggest Andie from “Pretty in Pink”. that would be really cool.
