- Daria and Jane may be our most favorite animated duo ever; we can’t get enough of their hip style and dry wit.
- JEM and the Holograms. Mega-watt rock star glamour…with just a touch of hot pink.
- Marge Simpson. Remember what she did with that Chanel suit? And what about that spread in Harper’s Bazaar?
- Velma Dinkley. Daphne Blake might have been known as the “stylish one” on Scooby Doo, but we prefer Velma’s square rims and pleated skirt.
- Betty Boop was the original animated pin-up girl. We still love her, even after all these years.
- Natasha. This femme fatale from Rocky & Bullwinkle is known for sultry style and a bad attitude.
- Smurfette‘s combination of a floppy hat and heels was the real reason all the Smurfs fell in love with her.
- Betty Rubble‘s signature hairdo is enviable, and we love that little blue dress.
- Patti Mayonnaise. No one rocks polka dots like Miss Mayonnaise!
- Rainbow Brite is the only chick we can think of that can pull off those striped knee socks!

Dr. Girlfriend from the Venture Bros. is pretty much the only cartoon character whose fashion I admire.

I loved Rainbow Brite as a kid and I still do!
I seriously like the strawberry shortcake from the older strawberry shortcake show, her clothes r adorable
Isn’t the Rocky & Bullwinkle one (number 6) named Natasha Nogoodnik? And the guy was Boris Badenov?
(I’m a big fan of classic Russian literature… this is just kind of a spill-over. Mea culpa!)
I love Betty Boop “Boop boop bee doop” :D i think my little ponies should be on the list ;p
Pippi Longstocking, holmes! She was far more enterprising with her dress sense than Rainbow Brite. I also like the rather twee little blue dress and sharp fringe of Lucy van Pelt.
I think deff betty boop. She was the sexiest one too.
Meg Griffin (Family Guy) and her sexy pink skull cap.
SIKE!
I would give my vote to Penelope Pitstop!
jane jetson from the jetsons! shes way cooler than her daughter lol.
gotta go with jem, she is truly outrageous.
Betty Boop duh!!

Vanessa Wetherhold of Smart People of Smart People.
