Outfit of the Week: A New Era

I never fancied myself a pin-up girl, but something about Stop Staring! brings out the Bettie Page in my wardrobe. As the name would suggest, The Lindsay Dress is a personal favorite of mine. Black is so slimming, and the subtle rainbow trim is too unique to pass up! The Tellteal Wedges are as comfy as they are stunning (which is very), and they perfectly complement the trim.

If you don’t know about Effie’s Heart, check it out! It’s an indie line that manages to catch my fancy every time I open a line sheet. The Kitty Hawk Kisslock is the perfect mix of DIY chic and bombshell style – making it an obvious choice for my outfit. The Girly Girl Gloves in Black came next. Something about gloves scream ‘Spring’.  I tied the look together with the Oleander Earrings, the Lady Pharaoh Bracelet, and my best demure look.

What is your perfect Spring outfit? Thanks for reading, and happy shopping!

I love how there is one piece in everyone’s wardrobe that they associate with the season. I have a floral blouse that my Mom bought in ’76 that I adore. The pattern is so perfectly spring.

You are so adorable! And so is that dress!

I have a white skirt with big white roses (with black outlines and light brown highlights) and sequins on it. It’s so light and airy and reminds me that spring is here. :)

I just bought the perfect spring dress at H&M for $40. It’s light pink with random splothes of soft-yet-vibrant colors: teal, gray, orange, raspberry… It looks like a cupcake with sprinkles! And it transforms me from a laid-back jeans and t-shirts gal to a soft, feminine little lady. My boyfriend was very impressed with it! ;-)

    Looking good!

My perfect Spring outfit includes a romper or jumpsuit of some kind :)
