The moment I set eyes upon the Shocking Shirt, I felt a magnetic energy in the air. I looked at it. It looked at me. It was love at first sight! I hadn’t felt that electrifying feeling since one summer, three years ago…. oh, but wait, that’s a different story.
Right! So, I knew that this shirt and I were destined for each other. But what to complete the outfit with? Well, since my middle school days, I’ve always had a burning desire to wear fire engine red pants, so the Mighty Mighty Pants flew to mind. Perfect! Then, to make the outfit even more vibrant, I added the Sienna Sandals in Goldenrod. Their color is sunny, their fabric is soft, and their fringe just plain fabulous. Hmm, doing well, but I still needed to present my new love with yet more gifts so that it would be the best dressed tee around. I imagined the storm featured on my tee-rue love to be a passionate New Mexican weather pattern, so it only seemed appropriate to add the Santa Clara Scarf and Santa Clara Handbag. And, as a last minute addition, I grabbed the aptly namedSweetheart Roses Earrings in red to match my mighty pants.
At last, I’d achieved a pinnacle look for my lovely shirt – rapscallion meets fashionista meets punk meets cowgirl. What do you think?

When ModCloth first got the Murder MysteryTee, I fell in love with it! I wanted to buy it for a while and then my dad bought it for me for Christmas! I was very happy! (I am actually wearing it now! xD)

the pants are adorable! I love the scarf. the shirt is cute…but I wish I could have a better view of it. This girl is really cute too.
if only it the heat would hold off a few more weeks. i adore those red pants but am having a hard time wearing anything that isn’t a skirt, dress or shorts!
