Style Glossary: Burn Me Once, Shame On Me…

Hello ModLovers. Are you burnt out on traditional tees? You’re in luck! This week’s Style Glossary post deals with burnout fabric designs! Burnout is traditionally created by weaving a fabric with two different types of yarns, and then destroying all or part of one type of yarn (usually dissolving it with a chemical) to achieve the desired (and chic) effect. Our Ooh La La Tunic features this on-trend style. It’s great to layer with a bright tank for a subtle pop of color in simple tee-and-jeans looks. How do you spice up jeans and a tee?

Let me know! Thanks for reading, and happy shopping!

hey,my mom just bought a burnout style shirt. Shows how universal this style really is!

I definitely spice up my jeans and tee with a funky scarf or a hat of some kind (really into the pushed-back berets or a military cap.)
