De La Dress!

This is my favorite find and currently my favorite thing in my closet, something I am still stunned my Mom found for under $20 since I looked up similar designs that were in the thousands.

Who: While Katie Bayles gets to model this one, the credit for the find goes to her mother Ellen. (My Mom is the best personal shopper ever!)

What: An Oscar de la Renta with some feathery flair…Pheasant to be exact. Yes, that trim around the bottom is actually feathers! The rest of the dress is 100% silk and it even has pockets.

Where: Goodwill in Bellevue, WA

How Much: $19.97

When I use it: I’m still trying to find an event snazzy enough for this one, may have to go to a fancy restaurant ‘just because’.

Shopping Tips: Hit up thrift stores near the ritzy part of town. You can find some great stuff amongst the well-to-do ladies’ giveaways.
