Summertime and the Livin’ is Easy

(Image Above: http://honeybunnyinwonderland.blogspot.com)

For today’s style inspiration, we have a photo of our very own Badlands Romper in action. I adore the way blogger HoneyBunny accessorized this outfit. It makes me feel nostalgic for summer–carefree afternoons lazing in the backyard reading a good book, chasing fireflies (yes, I still do that), and late night swims–even though it’s not over yet. Am I really ready to go back to school?

To get her look, try pairing the Badlands Romper with the Architect’s Spectators, Lady Slipper Orchid Socks, the Love It or Weave It Belt, and the Cherry Blossom Sunglasses.

No offense, but I wouldn’t be caught dead in that outfit (what’s up with the socks?!)

I completely disagree; this looks just like something I would wear. Actually it looks just like something I have worn. Repeatedly. I like the idea of the socks with the oxfords, but the white seems a bit out of place with all that cream.

I’m torn. Love the romper. Not the socks. But this girl is super adorable and I give her props for her unique style!

I, personally, could never pull off a romper, especially as well as HoneyBunny. But if this were a minidress, with everything else exactly the same, I would love every bit of it.
