- If I had any money to bet you, dear reader, I’d say at least three of your friends have something related to the new Twilight movie posted within their Facebook status right now, (unless of course, you’re the guilty party!). Since vampires have existed (at least that’s how long it seems), Twilight fever has been sweeping the nation, and with the movie’s second installment New Moon out today, you can’t turn a corner without being forced to choose between Team Edward and Team Jacob. Twilight product mania is also bursting – from Pringle’s limited-edition ‘Salt and Vampire’ flavored chips, to the hand-painted Converses seen above, to The Unofficial Twilight Cookbook, which claims to “satisfy even the pickiest, puritan ‘vegetarian’ vampires.”
- If any of the previous products have trouble selling, perhaps their creators should look into hiring one of these advertising companies. Check out some of the craziest 3D billboards seen around the world.
- And since the season of overeating is upon us, why not top off this post with a rumination on the glory of cake?

I don’t own any twilight gear but a few of my outfits my friends tell me remind them of Alice. Especially the Spot Through the Heart dress I got from here. I also think alot of your outfits would look lovely on any of the girls in the movie especially Esme

I don’t own anything Twilight, but I went to a midnight showing of New Moon last night and I must say a lot of the girls there were sporting the gear!!! :)
I think everyone is being too soft; Twilight is literature at it’s worst and most overblown, with one-dimensional “mary sue” characters (implying the writer is writing herself) that have and obtain no merit, the plot is as sordid and soupy as a middle-school girl’s diary, and the writing is a horrific, god-awful excuse for children’s literature. It’s no wonder when Robert Pattison signed onto the moive, not having read the books, that afterward when he did read them, he asked to be taken off the film, which they of course, refused.
I believe New Moon is also overrated and not profound at all. Super cliched and an attempt to just be consumed by mass but not make any meaningful art impact.
Ewww……you’d have to pay ME to wear anything with Twilight on it, and it wouldn’t be cheap!

i’m preparing at this moment to watch the twilight original movie with my boyfriend for the first time ever. I am TOTALLY planning to MST3k this thing. If you don’t know what that means, then sorry.
This whole thing is just a preteenie fad. :) Not surprised ModCloth (and everyone else) is trying to get in on this moneymaking phenomenon.
I own the jacket from your site inspired by Bella’s in Twilight, but I got it for the color and comfort of a fall jacket. I actually read Twilight only to see what my high school students were talking about. I hated it; I am not reading the other books in the series.
I agree with some of you anti-Twilight people to an extent; the books are really not good, I admit that fully. However, I love them anyway! They are my guilty pleasure and I don’t care what anyone says. But still, I don’t own any of the merchandise…I’m not THAT crazy about it, lol.

I think its a great thing these books are doing..and that is getting kids to read instead of being caught up in stupid reality shows, or books with bad messages. Good for the writer for putting the idea of abstinence in teenagers heads…last time i checked that wasn’t a bad thing…and Mar, me and all of my friends who are over the age of 23 love these books!!! so not sure who you’re talking to.
i definitely don’t own any clothes from Twilight…Only super crazy obsessed people that yell bite me at Robert Pattison own that. haha. I read the books but I wasn’t crazy about them. They were mildly entertaining but not amazing like many other people think they are.
Eww. Twilight? Just….no. There are so many better romances that have been written or brought to the silver screen. The success of Twilight worries me for the future.

This is not a bad fan art but a way too obsessed for twilight. I will not give my twilight’ opinion (because it’s really bad) but this is a too weird fan art for me
