While interning is often a thankless job, here at ModCloth, we like to think we treat our interns pretty well — even if we do occasionally dress them up! Christen, our esteemed Writing Team intern, was super enthused to volunteer for this week’s “Outfit of the Week” post. Together, Christen and I assembled a line-up of choice ModCloth pieces that she felt exemplified her own personal style. Christen loved the military-inspired detailing of our Salutations Dress, which she calls “a simple, but adorable dress in a soft and comfortable material.” We’ve paired it here with our Staffordshire Tights, which Christen became increasingly obsessed with during the course of our photo shoot. The wonderfully muted colors paired well with our Pistachio Sundae Heels, and the Perfectly Persimmon Bag added a bold pop of color! I think Christen looks super adorable in this ensemble. Great job, Christen!

Sometimes I think the outfits modcloth come up with aren’t all that great or wearable. THIS, however, is ADORABLE!!!! I love it, and best of all I wouldn’t feel self-concious in it (like some others I’ve seen posted). This is perfect. :D
