If you’ve been wondering what the next trend in unisex style is, then I’ve got your answer: skants. Sure, winter is over, but that doesn’t mean you should pack away your sweaters just yet! Skants are an ecologically friendly and unique way to look ahead of the trends and save a few bucks on new pants, leggings, or stockings.
And, because everyone owns a few sweaters, skants can be sported by women and men alike! My fellow fashion writer, Julie, and I got skant-ily clad in matching sweaters to give you a couple of examples of how to rock this new fad.
Here, I belted my skants over a black button up, topped off with a denim jacket. To finish the look, I slipped into my snakeskin shoes and accessorized with a charm necklace. Meanwhile, Julie kept it real in a printed blouse and T-strap flats.
