Keiko Lynn won this round, hands down! :D My second pick would be This Time Tomorrow because she’s the only girl who wore the scarf as a headband :)
Strawberry Koi is so the cutest!
While I like the color combo on Keiko, I think the scarf draws attention away from an already beautiful dress. I had to actually search for This Time Tomorrow. I voted for Selective because the scarf is the main feature – very eye-popping display of the bold colors.

I love the relaxed way This Time Tomorrow dresses in general, but this time it is so excellent. Casual with a flair of colour in the hair.
