Who: Annie Robertson of the blog Little Ocean Annie
What: Vintage flutter-sleeve dress
Where: Value Village in Portland, Oregon
How Much: $4
When I Use It: Any time I am feeling the need for a little pick-me up, I throw on this bright dress! It’s breezy and lightweight, the shoulders are lightly padded, and the sleeves are fluttery.
Shopping Tips: Map out your trip with your most important finds as a priority! I always go straight for the shoes and purses at any thrift store, because they require the least amount of trying on! Then dresses, skirts, and if I have time, blouses and sweaters. This way, if I have to leave a store quickly, I won’t regret not having looked at my favorite sections! Oh, and make friends with the workers! You’ll be able to find out about sales and the days they put out new merchandise!

I love that dress! I think it should be longer, but that would be a quick fix!
What a great find! The dress looks perfect and who wouldn’t want a little garment pick me up? Great thrift shopping advice as well.
