Who: Gotham Hipster

What: Thrifted atomic pattern skirt

Where:
Second Time Around Thrift Store, 28 Exchange St., Portland, ME

How Much:
$15

When I Use It:
What I love about this skirt is that even though it has an eccentric retro pattern, it’s one of my most versatile pieces, and carries through all season. I can dress it up with a pair of heeled booties and a blouse, or with sneakers and a tee for a more casual look.

Shopping Tips: Head to the men’s section to find the best oversized sweaters. Sometimes people overlook the men’s section, but I’ve found most of my oversized staples there. If you think the shoulders aren’t fitting your feminine shape, then tailor, tailor, tailor!
