The Cutest Vacation Ever

Today’s Name It And Win It: Roadtrip Edition site may be Nashville, but I’m dreaming about packing my bags and heading to Costa Rica to visit the Aviarios Sloth Sanctuary. There, you can take a tour of the premises, support their “slothpital,” or make a donation to their adopt-a-sloth program!

    I WENT THERE! When I planned my trip to Costa Rica in 2008, I chose the Atlantic side of the country just for the express purpose of going to this place. Man, it was worth it. Sloths are my favorite! It’s a family run business (the matriarch is an ex-pat from Canada) and they couldn’t be sweeter. The sloths are so cute and they even have an awesome canoe ride through the rainforest in the canal next to the sanctuary. It was a very momorable day!

    oh my god! my best friend is in costa rica and if i had the $$ and the time off work i would so be there! anything to see those cute little things!! adorable!!

    they have the best expressions i have ever seen on animals..like they are always smiling!! (but why not? they get to sleep all the time!) i want to go to there.

    LENA! That is so great to hear. My fiancee and I are planning to go to their hotel on-site for our honeymoon! We both love sloths. It seemed like once we found out about it, we didn’t have a choice.

    That guy at the end sitting in the chair! So adorable!!!
