‘Deer,’ Denver

When my fellow Modsters and I spotted Karissa at the WaterCourse in Denver, we all fell for her unique style. She’s cleverly combined a sunny skirt, dark stripes, retro glasses, and practical moccasins. But that’s not all! Karissa’s purse is handmade by her alone! I love that purse.

How does DIY infiltrate your daily wardrobe?

About Angela

Someday, Angela will be tending to her sheep, llamas and alpacas on the “Yarn Farm” and raising award winning honey bees. Until then, the native Pittsburgher is enjoying all things related to knitting, her cats, Mr. Spock, red lipstick, and creativity. Writing is her first true love.

I try my hardest to hand make everything I can. I am such a harsh critic though, so I barely wear anything I make! I need to change that. I didn’t mean for this to turn into a confession…oops.!

There are so many things I love to make and wear, but I also love a wonderful designer piece. The options and the mix that’s the fun of it all ;)
