When I Use It: I’ll be wearing it tons this summer!

Shopping Tips: Look through everything! I used to never find anything until I began actually moving each item on the rack and looking at the front of it. Plus you can easily alter something to fit your style with some basic sewing skills. This dress used to be way outdated. All I did was take up the skirt and the sleeves and turned the bow from the back to the front. Love!
