Good Enough to Eat: Toffee Magazine

We know, it’s been a long week. So, treat yourself to the sweet goodness of freshly baked indie mag Toffee, a new online arts and crafts quarterly that’s just as satisfying as its name promises. Not only does it include colorful features on the indie arts scene and talented, creative women, the zine comes with a “deliciously chewy center” — meaning,  pages of printable patterns, paper dolls, kitschy DIY projects, and must-make recipes (There is a recipe for Sangria Cupcakes. Need we say more?). See, Toffee isn’t a magazine you simply read, explains co-founder Nancy Alice Wood. It’s a magazine you can get your hands dirty with.

And while this first issue of Toffee just launched, Wood says she and co-founder Talulah Toffington are already concocting ideas for the next issues. They won’t spill too much, but say that we can look forward to eco-friendly and vintage-themed issues in the future. Consider us subscribed!

About Jenn

Jenn's first career aspiration was to be a dinosaur. After her kindergarten teacher informed her that couldn't happen, she decided she would be the next best thing: a writer. Aside from writing, Jenn loves chambray shirts, all cacti, and good typography.
