Super Size Me: Bloggers Take On Oversized Cardigans

Clockwise from top left: No Fashion Victims,,Anouska, and Be Happy^^ Janice.

If you’re anything like me, you’re looking for cozy, warm comfort as the temperature drops and the first snowflakes fall. I was inspired by these bloggers who make oversized cardigans look chic and sophisticated. Their trick? Pairing grandpa’s knit wonder with tights and heels. By balancing out their bulky cardigans, they’re able to beat the chill and look lovely at the same time. Mix it up with a wacky polka dot print or stay simple in a basic black.

Here are some cardis that will keep you cozy and stylish:

COZY UP Fully Precious Cardigan, A Chance of Sunshine Cardigan Fireside Reading Cardigan, and the Goldie Dots Cardigan.

Do you have any tips for staying warm without sacrificing style? We want to hear!

The first and last street style photographs are stunning!

As for staying warm I just layer and layer and layer. That’s really the most effective way to do it! I also sometimes wear tights underneath my jeans if I’m going to be REALLY cold.

Oooh, these are lovely. I’m actually going to attempt to make my own with a vintage pattern I recently purchased. Wish me luck!

I loooooove giant cardigan sweaters. They’re loose & roomy but so warm!! They’re a wearable blanket, pretty much.
