Saturated Blues Dominate New York Runways

Although it may be too early to tell, we’re going to go ahead and predict saturated blue as a top color for Fall 2011. Deep sapphire, shown in a monochromatic look at Thakoon, and robin’s egg blue, used for a ladylike shift at Carolina Herrera, make blue a surprising color choice for autumn, given how bright, vibrant, and diverse the hues shown on the runways have been.

    Blues! I love them and look awesome in them. Same goes for purple, but I think I have enough of that…almost.

    I also love a deep blue… but I am a little confused… by Fall 2011 do we mean Spring? Because although Autumn is my favorite season, I don’t want to wish away the summer…

    Just caught up with myself… of course we mean Fall, fashion is always one step ahead! You must forgive me… I haven’t had a cup of coffee yet! Whoops!

    I can’t buy any more blue! Everything I seem to buy is shade of blue!
