Try waiting a few moments for the pages to load. Winston is hiding out on a product page, so you won’t see him in an item’s Quick View! He chose his secret spot well – after all, he is a precocious li’l pug! :)

I just spent my entire work day looking for Winston. I searched every single page, maximizing every photo, expanding every “+ show more details” and “view all” button, closing every “Oh no!” box, and scrutinizing every recommendation photo. It must have been on one of the pages that had no review section or perhaps I accidentally skipped that one item’s page Winston was hiding on. At least the boss is out of town this week…
