Who: Natalia at Juxta-posing
What: Vintage floral silk dress
Where: A boutique in Toronto called Tabula Rasa, which sells both new stuff and reworked vintage. The girl who runs the store found the dress and shortened it to its current above-the-knee length.
How Much: $59. A splurge, but I had to have it.
When I Use It: “Whenever I feel like looking like a million bones. This thing is airy and girly and flowy, and fits me absolutely perfectly.”
Shopping Tips: “Try everything on—even if you don’t know it’ll work! I was eyeballing this dress in the store, thinking ‘I don’t think it’ll quite fit in the waist,’ but it was like the thing was made for me. And if you’re shopping for vintage online, know your measurements!”
