As a child, my mom patiently taught me the craft of needlepoint. I made a small bookmark with a picture of a cat and my name embroidered across the top. Although it’s been a couple of decades since I pulled out the old needle and thread, I’m certainly finding myself inspired after discovering these embroidered art pieces by Argentinian artist Jazmin Berakha. Her whimsical mix of patterns and textures provides plenty of artistic inspiration, and a few new outfit ideas, too!

These are so beautiful, I can’t imagine the amount of focus it must take to make these. I’m an amateur with needlepoint, as it is only an occasional hobby, but I would never have the patience to make something this intricate. Absolutely stunning.
