The Loveliest Little Recipe Video

Believe it or not, I’d never had a beet until this year. My parents never bothered with beets, nor the school cafeterias, so it wasn’t until fellow writer Angela blogged about this fuchsia root that I thought to try one. In my search for recipes featuring this vividly colored veggie, I came across this lovely cooking video for beet cake from creative studio Tiger in a Jar.
