What ModEmployee Yu-Jung is Loving Right Now

Does the fast-approaching holiday season have you in a gift-finding frenzy? Just look to our lovely ModEmployees for all your gift-giving needs. I paid Finance Manager Yu-Jung a visit this week to find out what ModCloth item is leading her list!

As Finance Manager for ModCloth, Yu-Jung analyzes expenses and forecasts revenue. She transforms numbers into action, making ModCloth a more productive place. But this finance aficionado isn’t just numerically inclined — when she’s not crunching numbers, Yu-Jung enjoys sewing, karaoke, and devising daring recipes (apple pie with Chex Mix crust, anyone?). She has also lived in Africa, Asia, and Europe!

For this edition of Employee Loves, Yu-Jung has chosen the Fowl Play Throw Blanket:

“I love the peacock pattern and unique stitching detail! It reminds me of these four beautiful palace doors I saw in Jaipur when I traveled to India a few years ago — each one had a different color and motif painted around the entrance,” says Yu-Jung. “My apartment walls are neutral colored, so I like to bring in pops of color with unique accessories. I’ll probably get one as a gift for the friend who went to India with me as well.”

Wondering what else she’s coveting? Check out Yu-Jung’s love list for more great gift ideas!

About Julie O.

A lover of all things vintage and vintage-inspired, Julie bought her first 1950’s frock in the fifth grade. Since then, Julie has become a self-described connoisseur of vintage and thrift shopping, which she shares on her blog, Orchid Grey. When she’s not scouring the racks for the perfect vintage skirt, this native New Englander can be found deftly navigating the slopes of a ski mountain, taking road-trips to the beach, and exploring new places with a vintage camera in her hand.
