Let me just warn you that once you stray from the typical s’more combination of chocolate on graham cracker you may never go back. Are you ready to try the best s’mores ever? Put this on your grocery list now! A white chocolate bar (or two), graham crackers, marshmallows, and fresh berries or a berry jam of your preference. I think it goes without saying, but just in case you’ve never made a s’more before, here are the steps!
White Chocolate and Berry Jam S’mores
From Stonewall Kitchen, makes 1 s’more by campfire or stovetop burner.
1/4 white chocolate bar
2 graham crackers
1 large marshmallow
1-2 tablespoons mashed berries or berry jam
1. Place white chocolate on top of one of the graham crackers.
2. Spoon berry mix on the other graham cracker.
3. Place marshmallow on the end of a long skewer, hold about 5-6 inches above flame and turn until golden brown.
4. Smoosh heated marshmallow in between white chocolate and berry graham crackers.
5. Repeat!
