In mid-November, a few of our employees took to the streets of the Pittsburgh area, where the ModCloth fulfillment center is located, and surprised customers by hand-delivering their packages. Not only that, but each of these customers was presented with two $50 gift certificates — one for them to keep, and one to give to someone else!
As you can see in this video, not every delivery attempt was successful, but the ones that were confirmed what we’ve always known: ModCloth has the best customers ever!
This excellent adventure was part of our on-going Spread the Cheer event, and we want to keep the festiveness flowing with a giveaway. I recently placed my first ModCloth order (well, 2 orders within a few days of each other actually – ha ha!) and it got here overnight! I was so shocked I had to look and see where you’re located and when I saw Pittsburgh it made my day — I’m just “up the road” in Erie! :) That’s so fun that you got to meet some of your customers in person like that.
