After a recent late night trip to Michaels Arts & Crafts (yes, they stay open late), I was suddenly overcome with the strong desire to bedazzle everything in sight. While I didn’t walk away with an array of rhinestones, I may have picked up a few decorative brads to add a bit of flair to my summer socks. Yep, brads, as in those little two pronged silver things they gave you in grade school so you could construct your craft paper clock and learn how to tell time.
Now, brads come with an array of different faces, including — but not limited to — pastel flowers that look like cupcake sprinkles, teeny tiny sparkly stars, and vacation-ready pink flamingos. I stuck them to my socks, and this video was born.

Totally creative! I am considering it as a bonding project for me and my kids. I certainly love creating stuffs from simple things found in the house. I am thinking of adding fun designs like cats and strawberries!
