I was more blown away by the cancan hat in this outfit. I love cancan (boater) hats and it seems to be only a trend that caught on in Japan (gyaru scene.) They got so well with so many outfits and it seems like no one else owns one here although I think Claire’s sold them a year or two ago for a few summer months. They really do make great accessories! The blouse is cute too but I’m always afraid to rock a blouse tucked in like that because it makes me look frumpy.
