My, my, my! Your models are just lovely! The magnificent maven on the right’s hair is so stunning, and the lovely lassie on the left has the most beautiful complexion. Great collection, Modcloth! :D
Thanks, Eliza! Do you have a favorite item (or items!) from the collection?
Hmmm…while I love it all, what really caught my eye was the Periwinkle at You Dress. But I also love the Betsey Johnson Busy Making Friends Heel and the Beatnik Beige Glasses. Oh, decisions, decisions! :D
Wow, I really like that shoe! I use to wear white heels (my fav) to work but the walk in the city always made them so dirty!
This is so cute… you can tell it was a fun shoot. xxx, j
I loved the lookbook but I don’t think I’d wear any of those to work sadly….I’m an engineer and for the most part there are guys everywhere in my office and on the shop floor. It would be SO awkward to come in wearing a bright dress and heels especially when what few women there are only wear jeans and a polo to work. While I do sit in an office behind a computer for most of the day, there are times when I do have to go out on the shop floor and it’s pretty messy out there! Dirt, grime, filth, extreme temperatures from the heat treating ovens, chemicals, etc. Not a very cute or stylish environment. I have been attempting to subtly work some modcloth stuff into my wardrobe lately though. I wore my Made Hue Look pants and I received some compliments on them! I guess that’s a start? But yeah, although I found the outfits you guys put together WAY super cute, none of them are very practical for my work environment. :(
(commented on the wrong post before, sorry!)
Ooh…so rough. Still, I think it’s great that you are mixing in some Modcloth items. You could try wearing jeans, a nice blouse/blazer combo, and some Modcloth accessories? :D
