The Making of Make the Cut – Step 3

We know, we know! We’re totally eager to try on the finished dresses from our premiere Make the Cut collection, too, but first, let’s recap all we’ve done! We began with your submitted sketches, then watched our pattern-maker Georgene work her magic, and now, we’re ready to turn your ideas into real garments!

Today, we head over to San Francisco’s Kirin Cutting Service to cut our fabric, followed by another jaunt to the east bay to meet our sewers. By the end of this post, you’ll see something wonderful and wearable!

We’re not done yet, though! Any idea? Here’s a little hint: they’re leavin’ the West Coast!
