Bright On: Amp Up Your Look in 5 Steps

With Bonnaroo right around the corner, we thought we’d invite guest beauty consultant Priscilla Francine back to the ModCloth Blog to share this rockin’ makeup tutorial, so you can look as rad as the bands backstage! Here, she gives graphic designer Erynn a look fit for festivals and fun!

Priscilla’s Pointers:

  • Keep your primer and base neutral to make your colors pop!
  • Choose matte products. Shimmery ones can be too overpowering with neon hues.
  • White eyeliner plus any eye shadow can be combined to create the look of colored liners. It’s a more cost-effective option, given how quickly color trends change.
  • For your cheeks, choose a coral with an orange undertone. Then, apply matching color to your lips, but no gloss. This will help it last longer — that means minimal mid-concert touch-ups!

Find your favorite MC beauty products here, and don’t forget to share your own summer makeup tips below!
