Priscilla’s Pointers:

• Keep your primer and base neutral to make your colors pop!
• Choose matte products. Shimmery ones can be too overpowering with neon hues.
• White eyeliner plus any eye shadow can be combined to create the look of colored liners. It’s a more cost-effective option, given how quickly color trends change.
• For your cheeks, choose a coral with an orange undertone. Then, apply matching color to your lips, but no gloss. This will help it last longer — that means minimal mid-concert touch-ups!
