“Darth Vader wears Band of Outsiders” by John Woo

If you’ve ever found yourself wondering what Darth Vader dons on his days off, or what the preferred couture of Padme Amadala might be, look no further than artist John Woo‘s stylish Star Wars paintings. Each watercolor piece depicts a different resident of the Empire in their most stylish duds, from Jango Fett in Comme des Garçons, to a Stormtrooper decked out in Thom Browne. Whether you side with the Sith or would rather join up with the Jedi, one thing is for sure: Woo’s Star Wars art is a force to be reckoned with!

Do you have a favorite character you’d like to see dressed up in designer wares?

About Julie O.

A lover of all things vintage and vintage-inspired, Julie bought her first 1950’s frock in the fifth grade. Since then, Julie has become a self-described connoisseur of vintage and thrift shopping, which she shares on her blog, Orchid Grey. When she’s not scouring the racks for the perfect vintage skirt, this native New Englander can be found deftly navigating the slopes of a ski mountain, taking road-trips to the beach, and exploring new places with a vintage camera in her hand.

    I remember when I was little, a family friend’s daughter had a doll of Padme and I thought it was the most beautiful doll! To this day, the inner child in me flips out over pretty character dolls. :}
