When I came across Ann Armbruster’s book The Life and Times of Miami Beach at local thrifting mecca Urban Ore, I immediately knew I had to add it to my collection of retro tomes. I whip it out any time I feel so inclined to revisit one of my favorite famed places. To be honest, I’ve never been there, but it doesn’t matter. There’s something familiar and welcoming about these idyllic images. Viewing them is not unlike visiting an old friend — an old friend with a really, really rad retro timeshare.
Seeing these dreamy vintage swimsuits made me think of our Peaks Island Picnic One Piece and Spotted by the Sea Swimsuit Top and Bottom!
