If you’re a longtime follower of the ModCloth Blog, you know that every few months — like clockwork — one of us will write something about Twin Peaks. Our team’s love for that strange, surreal ’90s serial drama runs deep. We’ve dressed up as the Log Lady, ran a TP-themed Tumblr day, and even considered it one of the inspirations for our second Make the Cut collection. What can we say? David Lynch got us good. So, what are we here to talk about this time? Our newest art crush, the Twin Peaks-themed fan art zine Damn Fine Coffee!
Led by illustrator Andrea Kalfas, Damn Fine Coffee! is proof that we’re not the only ones who haven’t been able to shake off the hypnotic allure of Lynch’s show. The Kickstarter-funded zine debuted last month at the Small Press Expo and contains the work of Kalfas and nearly thirty other illustrators. Check out some of the zine’s stellar pieces below, and keep your eyes on Kalfas’ blog for info on ordering a copy.

Now, if you’ll excuse us, we’re going to listen to “Just You and I” now…

Wow, Bob, wow!
AH so awesome! I love Twin Peaks. I recently read “The Secret Diary of Laura Palmer” and it was very insightful.
I’ve just been on a David Lynch-a-thon for the past month, Blue Velvet, Eraserhead, Twin Peaks (again) Love it!

Love it! Twin Peaks is amazing. Does a sweater like the one on Audrey Horne exist?
Remember everybody – the owls are not what they seem!
One of the best parts of the Oregon Shakespeare Festival this year was seeing the actual Log Lady in action! She works there now and is fantastic.
We’re about to reunite our Twin Peaks cover band again, after a long hiatus. It’s always so fun to dress up as everyone! I’m Laura Palmer, doing Julee Cruise songs, with about 14 other guys in the band as the characters– here’s 2006′s show- http://www.robustmcmanlypants.org/gallery/v/snaps/bands/garmonbozia/garmonbozia1/
