If fruits were cities, the cute, tiger-orange kumquat would be Manhattan — tiny, but frenetically bustling with more flavor per square mile than conceivably possible. It won’t be long before this little sprite of a bite slams onto the shelves of produce stands, so, in preparation for its seasonal debut, we’ve whisked together sundry, mouthwatering recipes for inspiration.

I honestly don’t think I’ve knowingly tried a kumquat before. I love to take full advantage of seasonal foods, so thanks for the great inspiration! These all look amazing.
