Inspired by the ’60s and ’70s New York street style photography featured last month, we sought out even more pictorial — and sartorial — relics of the Big Apple. We found a copy of the book New York in the Forties on the crowded shelves of a thrift store in Berkeley, California — nearly 3,000 miles away!
