“As a Business Process Intern, I look for ways to improve the internal processes within the company, whether it’s helping with training documentation or launching systems updates,” says Business Process Intern Barbara. Barbara’s outfit is just as unique as her internship position, mixing buttoned-up denim with a laid back tee, her chic scarf and luxe accessories take the look to new heights. “Interning at ModCloth is all about hands on experience, doing meaningful work, and making connections. Everyone is so welcoming at ModCloth, I love that you’re encouraged to think outside the box!”

“Seeing my images continuously appear on the ModCloth website was a surreal experience!” says Photography Intern Kaela, who wears a photogenic look featuring high-waisted jeans and a pretty peplum top. “I feel that I have grown as a photographer from this experience by understanding the importance of photography from the customer’s perspective, I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my summer!”

    Each of these ladies’ outfits accentuates their figures and styles exceptionally! I never would have considered some of these pieces for myself (like the color-blocked dress and knee-length denim skirt), but seeing it compliment their figures makes me more inclined to try them on when I see them :)

    With new employment coming up (first civilian type, that is), I am very interested in getting more comfortable with the “casual-professional” dress code. If only there was some instruction………..
