Mint Condition: A Refreshing Mint Iced Coffee Recipe

main vertical frame

Even as we bid farewell to summer, we’re still sweating it out on these mean, muggy days. We’ve been heading to San Francisco favorite, Philz Coffee, to indulge in their famous Mint Mojito Iced Coffees for a midday cool-down, but since not everyone is within walking distance to this local treat, we decided to hack their top-secret recipe so everyone can enjoy this cool coffee.

Philz’s Mint Mojito Iced Coffee Hack

Ingredients, to taste:
Cold-brewed coffee (we left ours to brew overnight in a french press)
Coffee ice cubes (this little trick-of-the-trade keeps your icy beverage from getting watered-down)
Milk or creamer of your choice (we used Whole Milk for a creamier texture, but half-and-half or non-fat works just as well)
Honey or Simple Syrup
Fresh Mint

Muddle everything together in a tall glass (we recommend our Prickly Pair or Clever Pair Mug Set) and garnish with a sprig of mint before kicking back and relaxing on a sticky sweaty day.
