Nail Klub: Do the Twist with Pretzel Nail Art

nk102013oktoberfestleadNail Klub member Marne serves up her pretzel nail art alongside the Hometown Adventures Jacket, the Luminous Tux Top, the Whole Lotta Glovettes in Cherry, and the Haute Pretzel Necklace.

Pretzels go great with cheese and are delightful with dijon, but we here at Nail Klub think they’re at their best alongside a crisp fall jacket, snuggly accessories, and an enchanting, autumnal afternoon. Inspired by Oktoberfest festivities, we used a super-skinny nail art brush — and a very slow, steady hand – to create nail art featuring tiny pretzels and blue gingham checks.

Generous dabs of bright yellow polish makes for convincing beer cheese, and tiny white dots give these nails their signature salty garnish. Whether you’re off to enjoy some local Oktoberfest fun or just looking to give your mani a playful new twist, adding these pretzel nails to your outfit is sure to satisfy your craving for cuteness!

These are great Oktoberfest nails! Do you use thin brushes or nail pens?

Hey Pualani! We used thin brushes for the lines and a dotting tool (a toothpick will also do the trick) for the polka dots!
