White eyeliner is a fresh and modern take on an old classic. It’s super easy to wear and perfect for summer days and nights. The trick to making this look effortless is to keep the rest of your makeup simple. You want those eyes to pop!
Grab a black mascara (better than brown). The dark lashes will make the white look even whiter. I used a Stila Liquid Liner Pen but you could easily use a white gel liner with a brush as well. Just remember to pick a formula that is smudge proof. You can add some matte white shadow directly on top of the liner for added staying power. Ready to try it? Let’s go…
Start the look with one coat of mascara.
Take your white eyeliner and draw a thin line along the lash line starting from the middle to the outer corner. Then draw a line from the inner corner to the middle and connect.
To draw the “flick” make a 45-degree angle from the outer corner upward and make a triangle connecting the tip of the flick to the liner along the lash line. Finish by coloring in the triangle and fixing any mistakes with a Q-tip dipped in makeup remover.
Apply another coat of mascara on top and bottom lashes, making sure to cover any white that may have gotten on the lashes.
