Style Star

From time to time we stumble upon a blogger or fashionista that we utterly adore. In a new blog series called Style Star we will be sharing our favorites with you!

Witty, relevant, and oh so stylish Tavi’s blog Style Rookie is a good read by any reader’s standards. Factor in that this awesome blogger is only 12 years old and we can’t help but be blown away!

Makes you ponder how you spent your adolesence, doesn’t it?

Its refreshing to know not all pre-teen are emo or trying to be the next popstar, that they still cherish being a unique individual.

If only I were 12 again. At that age I wasn’t self- aware. I could wear whatever I want and have all the confidence in the world.

I’ve often wondered if Tavi writes the blog or if someone else does and takes pictures of her/designs the site. Sort of like the Lonely Girl phenomenon. Is there any buzz about this? Because I really truly want it to be her!!!!

Crazy. I would have loved to have the confidence to sport such cool and unique clothes when I was 12, but I was much too shy to stand out at all.
