You Will Flip When You See This Watermelon Manicure DIY

untitled-4201

We’re not about to knock natural hues here at Nail Klub, but pale, barely there shades do not add up to the get-noticed, Must-Try-It manicure we’re in the mood for. The sun is shining and summer is around the corner — it’s the perfect time to sport something bright and bold. After seeing the awesome beauty DIYs inspired by the Fresh Picked stylebook, we nail art enthusiasts were eager to serve up some melon-flavored magic of our own.

May we present: the watermelon mani. It puts a fun twist on a typical French manicure while satisfying our craving for feel-good colors. Simple and sweet — just like its namesake — this look is the perfect way to ‘punch’ up your outfit!

cute idea. i was about to do a similar design on my own nail, might look add a pink line below the white one as well, but if you have short nails that would probably make them look even shorter. diagonal seeds or ones placed more randomly might give it more of a watermelon look. maybe you can even use some bigger black pieces if you have a suitable glitter polish? definitely a fun summer look!
