Calling All Writers: One Month Countdown to Our Submission Deadline!

Do the characters in your stories wear painstakingly rendered outfits? Do you wax poetic about your peep toes? Does an heirloom garment inspire you to pen a personal essay? We want your submissions! For our inaugural issue of The Written Wardrobe, we are interested not only in poetry and prose that explores the intersection of fashion and language; we also seek to publish work that in examines and interprets the larger topic of “style.” Our first submission deadline of August 1, 2010, is rapidly approaching, so remember to send us your work soon! You can check out the submission guidelines for more details. Happy writing!

This sounds exciting! I really like the idea! I write A LOT: stories, poems, essays, short stories, all different genres! Maybe since I am good at writing, I might actually NOT fail at this one. 😉 :*
