ModCloth Goes to Lucky FABB!

Lucky FABB 1

We recently had the pleasure of participating in the Lucky FABB (Fashion and Beauty Blog) Conference, and wow, what an amazing experience! All clad in darling dresses from our designed-by-ModCloth collections, ModCloth employees from our San Francisco and Pittsburgh offices descended on NYC for two days of compelling panel discussions, inspiring lectures, and incredible style inspiration.

While members of ModCloth’s Social Media and PR teams manned the ModCloth booth — meeting and greeting ModCloth fans, showcasing pieces from our exclusive private label collections Bea & Dot and Myrtlewood, and encouraging attendees to enter our Through the Wire Headband styling contest — the Story by ModCloth blog team sat in on enlightening discussions headlined by top bloggers and fashion’s elite. From expanding your social media reach, to learning how to take the perfect outfit shot, there was plenty of info to go around.

Always excited to showcase ModCloth’s wares, each of us chose a different dress to don for the conference, and we couldn’t help but document our outfits! Whether you like your look cute and cozy, or vintage-inspired, we each styled our dresses differently:

I love how Julie styled the Fabulous Flapper dress! I would have gone for the literal (and obvious) styling of going 1920s style but doing the exact opposite is so, so perfect. Thank you for giving me ideas!
