The Sweet Taste of Victory: Winning Cupcakes from Our FC's Contest!

If there’s one thing that we love, it’s a bake-off! We challenged ModCloth employees to a cupcake contest last Friday, and there was no telling how freely the creative juices would flow. The friendly folks at our Pittsburgh-based Fulfillment Center, the place where your orders begin their journeys, took to their stoves to battle for confectionery victory.

Participants voted on nearly twenty submissions in two categories: cutest and tastiest. However, there could only be one well, two winners.

Check out more of these behind-the-scenes photos for a continued sugar fix!

Congratulations to Intake Specialist Christy, whose sushi-shaped cupcakes were claimed ‘Cutest-of-Them-All’, and Intake Specialist Marlise, whose Banana Drizzle Cupcakes gained the sought-after title of ‘Tastiest’! Runner-ups included the spring-inspired Garden of Cakes and mouth-watering Li’l’ Macs.

After this contest, we’re wondering if our FC, short for ‘Fulfillment Center,’ really stands for ‘Frosted Cupcake Heaven’!
