Lost in Paris

[Seen on lookbook.nu]

It must be the case that Paris is not only the capital of high fashion, but also the place to see great street style. Today’s style comes from Adeline R.; the combination of multiple layers of clothes and necklaces, oversized scarves, and ripped shorts is what caught my attention and makes the outfit super trendy and yet unique.

I love this outfit. But I think the scarf is too bulking and large for her petite size. A thinner or smaller one would have looked WAY better. Bryanna, is wrong about the boots…they are awesome! I really like the mixed necklaces. It looks so laid back and comfortable but so well put together. Great job!

I fell in love with this look so badly that even after I closed my browser and moved on with my life, days later I still couldn’t stop thinking about it.

What I love most about this look is the fact that you can put it together with everything you ALREADY have in your closet. It’s COMING UP with the look that was the challenging part. I mean, I would have never thought of putting these items together, but now I can’t wait to do so…since I already have an over-sized scarf, boots like hers, short ripped jeans, a plain cardigan, a plain T, and some ’80s-Madonna-type of necklaces.

    Thanks for sharing this, Modcloth!
