The Style Gallery is a great new way for you to view, love, and share outfit photos. It’s meant to showcase all the expressive, creative, and inspirational personalities of our community!
“Is that an old Care Bears pillowcase made into a shirt? I have to talk to that girl!” I thought when I spotted Gena at last week’s AWP Conference in Denver. I was not only lucky enough to chat with this stylin’ chick, but I also nabbed a pic of her awesome outfit to share with you! Gena, who loves foreign languages and photography (and would like to merge them into a career someday), scored this top at a vintage shop in her hometown of Hollywood, California.
Do I smell a DIY in our futures? I think so!
I had these sheets growing up!!!
I was so impressed when I saw that at the con. So unique!
Pillowcase skirts were my favorite thing to make in high school. My Smurfs and Charlie Brown creations were the best!
What a innocent sweet look. I will have to expand my goodwill hunting to the include the linen section.
Very clever and very current looking too!
Wish i could do something like that myself!
The top is adorable, but have to give most credit to Gena who carries it off so well. The pix exudes of sweetness 🙂
It is cute, but I do wish the shirt was a little longer!
She looks adorable in it, but I still would not pick up that shirt! To each her own 🙂
I had the sheets and remember those sets that were actually “tents” on top of your bed, I had one of those in care bear print.
sorry but this outfit is horrid, would be fun an appropriate for a sleep over maybe but not in public!
