The Cat’s Meow: One Cat Print Styled Three Ways

One Cat Print Styled Three WaysHave you been swooning over a cat-print piece, but not sure how to style it? We turned to the blogger Chichi of Supple Chic to style our Ideal Discovery Blouse in Cats. Chichi has always had a passion for fashion and as a child she ditched her Barbies for her own DIY dolls in order to give them more clothing options. Without further ado, we present one cat print styled three ways. Check out Chichi’s cute looks and styling tips!

One Cat Print Styled Three Ways

Chichi styled the Ideal Discovery Blouse with the Novelty Over Quantity A-Line Skirt.

“Look one I’ve dubbed ‘cat lady’ because both my top and skirt have cats on them. One thing I’ve learned about mixing prints is to use different sizes. The cats on the skirt are significantly larger than the cats on the shirt so they balance each other out.”

Chichi styled the Ideal Discovery Blouse with the Teach and Every Day Wool Skirt in Green Herringbone.

“Look two would be perfect for church or maybe work as we go into the fall. The shirt is lightweight but the skirt is heavier and perfect for the transition.”

“Look three is perfect for running errands. The chunky mustard cardigan is easy, perfect for the transition, and is a nice compliment to the black-and-white print of the shirt. Pair it with jeans and you have a weekend-ready look.”

Which of these three looks is your fave? How would you style the cat-print blouse?

About Turi

When Turi isn’t blogging, you can find her nose behind a book. But reading isn’t her only pastime. She loves running (cue jogging stroller), taste-testing pizza and burgers, and working on the next great American novel. Her latest homage to all things literary? Her son is named after writer Dashiell Hammett. How apropos.
